You can set up controllers with different layout schemes for each console you're emulating, organize your games by console or into different libraries, and of course, play games. Bake an Apple Pie in an Apple for Impressive Individual Servings

Here's a twist on the classic apple pie that could impress a crowd: Bake pie filling directly in a hollowed-out apple. You only need five ingredients and about an hour to make these tasty treats.

The photo above, from I Love Gardens, explains the process. Cut the top of the apple and carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon. Add the apple pieces you scooped out plus sugar and cinnamon, then top with strips of pie crust and bake in a pan.

Food.com offers the recipe and commenters there suggest you should choose large apples and can speed up the process by using canned apple pie filling.

Seems like a clever way to turn apples into individual pies—great for parties, but also for packing in a lunchbox.

Magical Jelly Bean KeyFinder Finds Product Keys for All Your Programs

Windows/OS X: Ever had to reinstall a program, but couldn't find your product key? If you have it installed on one of your PCs (or even an old hard drive), Magical Jelly Bean KeyFinder can uncover the product key for you.

I recently borked one of my Windows PCs, and had to reinstall Windows—but I didn't have my product key handy. All I had to do was plug that drive into another computer and run Magical Jelly Bean KeyFinder. By default, it'll search for keys on your PC, but if you have an old hard drive, you can just go to Tools > Load Hive and point it to another hard drive. Within minutes I had the original product key, ready to activate on my fresh install.

Note: This only finds product keys for programs you've already installed and registered on your system. It is not a keygen, nor will it provide you with the means to activate a program you haven't bought.

It's one of those programs you hope you won't need too often, but can come in handy when you're caught in a bind. Note that the Windows program is free for basic use, but some of the more advanced features—and programs—cost $25. In that case, you may want to try one of these similar key finders first to see if they solve your problem. The Mac version (which we didn't test) appears to be freeware. Get Your Amazon Prime Membership Extended If a Package Arrives Late

Here's a little-known fact about Amazon's Prime membership: The company guarantees your package will be delivered at the promised time. If it's not, Prime members can get a one-month extension of their membership.

As Redditor jeffnnc points out, with the holidays here, chances are greater that the estimated delivery dates will be missed. You have to contact customer support to get the extension, and you can get the extension twelve times in a year.

Ting's New Calculator Uses Your Bill to Show You How Much You'll Save

Ting, one of our favorite alternative cellphone carriers, just unveiled a new savings calculator that uses your current cell phone bill to figure out how much you'd save by switching. Plus, they're giving out $5 Starbucks gift cards if you use it.

The promotion is all about saving money and "free coffee," as it were. If you're a current Verizon Wireless or AT&T customer, you can use the new savings calculator to log in to your account, and let the tool scrape your past three wireless bills to see how much voice, data, and texts you used and how much they cost. Once Ting knows how much you're spending and what you get, the calculator will show you how much you'll save—if anything—by switching to Ting (which, remember, is an MVNO on Sprint's network).

For your trouble, you'll get a $5 Starbucks gift card (a free cup of coffee.) If you're a current customer, they'll give you a $10 credit to your Ting account if you take a friend out for coffee, tell them why they should switch, and then send them your receipt.
