The Kitchn Recipe: Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai — Quick Weeknight Dinner Recipes from The Kitchn
I've always viewed spaghetti squash — with its clever, noodle-like interior — as a fun party trick, always surprising both for its ability to reasonably mimic pasta and how satisfying the results can be. It's good, sure, but it's also never really had a "wow" moment for me.
Now, let me introduce you to this pad Thai. This dish has "wow" written all over it. It's tangy and savory in all the right places; it's crunchy and chewy and tender, all together. It has all the hallmarks of your favorite take-out pad Thai — except those spaghetti squash noodles are the star of the show.

Gizmodo Richard Dawkins Absolutely Eviscerates the Texas Clock Kid on Twitter

They are all insane people. Even poor, stressed-out, occasionally lucid-seeming John Kasich: bonkers. Pathology is contextual, and one simply does not bring reasonable takes like Actually, the deal with Iran is okay, provided we do the diligence of enforcing it, just like pretty much every other deal ever to a presidential debate stage in the Time of the Donald.

Use That Almost Empty Peanut Butter Jar For Peanutty Overnight Oats
As anyone with a reasonable love of peanut butter knows, a jar of peanut butter is never truly empty; there’s always a little bit left that seems like it should be used for something. It turns that “something” is overnight oats.
The Food Network actually has a whole bunch of great uses for almost empty jars (click below to check them out), but this one caught my eye as an easy tasty breakfast. Just pick your favorite overnight oats recipe and, instead of using a twee Mason jar or whatever, mix everything up in your almost empty (but still valuable) peanut butter jar. In the morning, you will be greeted with a tasty peanutty breakfast. (I see no reason this wouldn’t also work with an almost empty Nutella jar or a Cookie Butter jar, though I usually save those for ice cream.)
