This is the custom wooden fence constructed with two viewing portals for the owner's dogs. That way they can say hi to all their friends who are out on walks. The concept is similar to this plastic dog viewing portal except with nothing in between the dog's nose and another dog's butthole but a dingleberry and that smell they love so much. Thanks to Rebecca, who built her dogs periscopes so they can pretend they're on a submarine. Dang, I don't want to pretend I'm on a submarine, I'd get too claustrophobic.
